Andrew joined the Robinson Law team after serving for ten years as a prosecutor in the Alexandria Commonwealth's Attorney's Office. In addition to leading Robinson Law's Estate Planning Division, Andrew handles a variety of criminal and traffic matters each month throughout Northern Virginia.
As Partner of Robinson Law's Estate Planning Division, Mr. Criado assists clients throughout Virginia who are in need of wills, durable power of attorney, general power of attorney and advance medical directives. Andrew leads the Robinson Law team in their estate planning efforts, and he is available for free consultations to discuss your specific needs and wishes.
Because he is a former Virginia prosecutor, Andrew has the unique ability as a defense attorney to analyze each of his cases through a prosecutor's lens. Some of the charges he handles regularly include, but are not limited to: DUI & DWI, assault and battery, malicious wounding, larceny, theft, embezzlement & fraud, drug offenses, and probation violations.
He has tried over thirty jury trials and hundreds of bench trials. Andrew knows how to guide clients through the complexities of the criminal justice system, from investigation to trial and appeal. He has earned a reputation as a keen legal mind and an unflappable courtroom advocate.
